8.00-8.35am Walking Bus service, free of charge
8.00-8.40am Early Birds breakfast club session available for a charge
8.30am School gates open
8.40am Classroom doors open
8.50am Morning register - official start to the school day
9.00am Morning task and lesson 1
10.15-10.30am Key Stage 1 break time, including Tai Chi session
10.30-10.45am Key Stage 2 break time, including Tai Chi session
10.30/10.45am Lesson 2 and lesson 3, including brain breaks
12noon-1pm Lunch time, including Tai Chi session
1.00pm Afternoon register
1.00-3.15pm Lesson 4 and lesson 5, including brain breaks
3.20pm Home time - official end of the school day
3.15-4.15pm Tree Tops after school club early session available for a charge
3.15-5.30pm Tree Tops after school club late session available for a charge
* Brain breaks are short intervals that are taken to give the children a pause from learning - these include but are not limited to a short physical workout, dancing to music, playing a game or going outdoors*
The school day consists of 6.5 hours a day, totalling 32.5 hours per week.
