Schoolgateway is Over Hall Community Schools' simple and secure online payment system. Over Hall will be a cashless school and uses Schoolgateway to accept ALL payments from parents/carers. We use this in conjunction with ClassDojo and School Spider to make sure our parents/carers are as closely involved with their children's school lives as possible.

There are many easy to use and  accessible features that the Schoolgateway platform is used for, such as, booking and paying for Early Birds breakfast club, Tree Tops after school club, paying for School meals and trips, updating details, sending messages, reporting absence and checking your payment history.

Getting Started

To get started with Schoolgateway, the school must have your correct email addess and mobile phone number. Once the school have these details, you can download the app or head over to the website, login.schoolgateway.com to create an account. If the school do not have these details please update them as soon as possible by emailing admin@overhall.cheshire.sch.uk

Click on NEW USER

ENTER your EMAIL ADDRESS and MOBILE NUMBER, TICK the terms & conditions box (once read) and click SEND PIN

Once the system has vertified who you are, it shall send you a PIN CODE

ENTER the PIN CODE into the box provided and click on CONTINUE 

You will then be on your HOME screen and your child/ren will be shown on this page

You are now registered with Schoolgateway.

Existing Users

Once you have registered with Schoolgateway you may need to ENTER your EMAIL ADDRESS and PIN CODE each time you require access. You can then change your pin code to make it more memorable, as well as updating any personal details.
